Curves Ticker

As part of my “Go to Curves or Bust” campaign, I have created an exercise ticker that you can see at the top of this page. Hopefully, it will help me stay on track. The Curves plan is to work out 3 times a week (which works out to 12 or 13 times a month).

Help keep me accountable, kids. I need to improve on my measly 5 workouts in September.

    An Inspirational PoemTo drive my husband’s car,I need not go far,Only to Curves, there and back,Ed’s bribes help me stay on track.It may not be a good poem. But, I’m very sleepy right now.
