The last two weeks, I’ve had “big” Saturday photo opportunities. Therefore, I have “shifted” the dates of my photo week this week, and will next week, too, so I’m not up all night on Saturday editing. 🙂
Last Saturday, Ed and I went to DeSoto Falls and to Brasstown Bald. (The latter is the highest point in Georgia.) On our way home, we happened by a church more than 600 pinwheels in the front yard. It was about 6:45 p.m., and the sun was low in the sky. It was BEAUTIFUL.
This is the only shot from DeSoto Falls that made the final cut. I shot “under” a tree root to photograph the wildflowers.
This is what I looked like after taking the series of tree root photos while prostrate. 🙂
At the top of Brasstown Bald…
Besides Saturday, I didn’t pick up the camera for much besides the Photo Hunt. It was a weird week. 🙂
