Bloggy therapy, anyone?

I swear I didn’t have this article in mind when I blogged yesterday, but it did feel good to get my “lots” out there. šŸ™‚

The article is interesting, but there is SO MUCH BENEFIT in talking with a professional about what “ails” you.

That is another post for another day. Soon, my friends. Soon.

I love your blog! I spent some time last night looking at all your pictures. They are GREAT! What kind of camera do you have and more important what lenses do you use? I just got a Nikon D300 for Mother’s Day. I am just getting started on photography. I sure have a lot to learn!

    Hi, Judy.

Thanks so much for the compliments! šŸ™‚ I hope you’ll visit me often.

To answer your questions. I use a Olympus E-510. I have a 15-43 mm zoom lens, and a 40-150 mm telephoto. I next want to get a macro lens. Macro lenses can’t be “zoomed,” but they take really, really close photographs. You may have noticed that I enjoy close-ups. šŸ™‚

The D300 is a nice camera. (I’m drooling over here.) Do yourself a favor and buy a “clear” filter to put in front of the lens. This will help protect your lens if you should bang the front of the camera into something. (They cost about $30. The lens costs way more than that.)

Enjoy your camera and, again, come see me again soon!

I guess I should have checked the email box at the bottom.

Heheh… šŸ™‚ No worries. I always e-mail people a copy of my replies. And if you DON’T get an e-mail (or two, actually), let me know.

There are as many reasons for blogging as there are blogs. If you find release and therapeutic value in yours, more power to you. But whatever your reason, I’m glad you’re out here, blogging.

Thank you! šŸ™‚ I’m glad you’re out here, too.
