Show Me… Project Day 7

Today, Robert wants us to show ourselves…

I took these photos while sitting in the car at lunch yesterday.

You can often find me with my knees propped up against the steering wheel.

Is it odd that I love taking my own photo? Because I DO!

I’ve so enjoyed this photo project. It’s been fun to figure out how to best capture the day’s photo subject.

Thanks, Robert, for such a fun week. 🙂

Two cool photos. I love your self portrait – it’s so relaxed and I can see that our eyes are laughing. Wish I could have such a fun relationship with my own face. Brava to you!

Thanks, Raven… My relationship with my face is a journey… but I’m learning to love it. Thanks for your kind comment.

You look great, and I think it’s great and wonderfully self-confident of you to love taking your own photo. I hate even having someone else take mine, let alone doing it myself.

It’s weird, Robin. Since I met my husband I’ve been much more comfortable with myself… I know I did a lot of the work to get me to that “place,” but he did help. 🙂

I just went through your blog and read the SHOW ME posts. I didn’t have time to come visit before today. My favorite was the wedding ring post — and this one comes in second. You look so happy and joyful I couldn’t help but smile, too.

Clearly, I’m running a bit behind on these comments. I’m glad you enjoyed your time here during the week. I’ve stopped by your place a couple of times since the project ended and have enjoyed it. 🙂

Love, love, your self-portrait (the bottom one). If I had more time and energy, I’d do these Robert suggestions. I love the way you cropped your face.

Thanks, Leora… I got fairly lucky with that crop. I was holding the camera in front of me with the lens all the way zoomed in. I didn’t do anything with the photo beyond taking it off the camera and the uploading it to Flickr.
